Siligrams

Siligrams Operations Platform

The Siligrams Operations Platform is an end-to-end manufacturing ops system for a maker of personalized silicone products. As sole developer, I connected the company's Monday.com production boards to automated print and fulfillment workflows, replacing manual status updates and label creation.

When orders reach specific statuses, webhooks trigger QR/barcode generation and PDF label creation, then upload the files back to Monday. A React floor app lets workers clock into role-based sessions, scan items through casting and finishing stages, and tracks hourly productivity against targets in real time over Socket.io. The system runs on Google App Engine Flex with Cloud SQL PostgreSQL.

Full Stack Engineer

  • Sole developer for the full stack: Node.js/Express API, PostgreSQL data layer, and two React frontends
  • Designed and implemented Monday.com webhook-driven order lifecycle automation (print queue, label generation, status sync)
  • Built production-floor QR scanning app with role-based workflows, worker sessions, and real-time productivity tracking
  • Integrated PDF.co, Puppeteer, Google Sheets/Drive, and ShipStation for labels, scan logging, and shipping lookup
  • Deployed and configured Google App Engine (Flex), Cloud SQL PostgreSQL, and Docker-based API runtime
  • Monday.com webhook automation across full print lifecycle (Ready To Print through Printed/Fulfilled)
  • Automated QR code and PDF label generation uploaded to Monday item records
  • Production-floor scanning with handheld and camera QR modes and role/status validation
  • Worker session management with clock-in/out, pause/resume, and auto-timeout via cron
  • Productivity dashboard with hourly rates, scan counts, and per-role target tracking
  • Admin user management with roles and permissions
  • Configurable production rate targets by role and status
  • Print batch management for batch-oriented printing workflows
  • Real-time session and stats updates via Socket.io
  • Google Sheets integration for per-user and master scan logs
  • ShipStation order lookup for fulfillment
  • Training resources page with embedded video content
  • Packing-station UI for label scan and fulfillment workflow

Problem

Monday.com order lifecycle required manual status updates and label creation across many production stages

Solution

Webhook-driven state machine with dedicated handlers per status, automating QR/label generation and board column updates

Problem

Floor workers needed accurate scan tracking tied to roles, sessions, and hourly productivity targets

Solution

Session-based scanning app with RBAC, configurable rates, Socket.io live updates, and cron-managed auto-pause/stop for idle sessions

Problem

Label PDFs required custom layouts with barcodes, product metadata, and image assets from multiple sources

Solution

Puppeteer HTML rendering combined with PDF.co barcode/merge APIs and Google Drive sheet lookup for label images

Monday.com

Order and production board management; webhook-driven status automation

PDF.co

Barcode generation and PDF merge for production labels

Google Sheets

Scan logging and monthly production tracking spreadsheets

Google Drive

Label image lookup and spreadsheet storage

ShipStation

Order lookup and shipping workflow integration

Puppeteer

HTML-to-PDF label rendering and ShipStation UI automation

Replaced manual Monday.com status and label workflows with an automated, scan-driven production system used by Siligrams manufacturing staff. Exact usage metrics were not tracked in-repo; add verified figures when available.

  • Sole full-stack engineer delivering a multi-app manufacturing ops platform integrating Monday.com, Google Cloud, and third-party print/shipping APIs
  • Automated end-to-end label pipeline—QR generation, Puppeteer PDF rendering, and Monday file upload—triggered by production board status changes
  • Built real-time production-floor scanning system with role-based workflows, session tracking, and productivity analytics for mold-making staff
  • Deployed scalable GCP architecture (App Engine Flex, Cloud SQL, Docker) with webhook dispatch routing and PostgreSQL-backed session store
