- Building AI voice agents for debt collection agencies as one of two engineers on the Voice team, enabling automated outreach campaigns, live call handling, and automated dispositions.
- Architected a Kafka + actor-model system that scales to thousands of concurrent calls, providing fault isolation and resilient state management across the call lifecycle.
- Engineered real-time voice pipelines integrating SIP/WebRTC telephony (Telnyx, LiveKit) with LLMs and STT/TTS, achieving sub-500ms response latency.
- Delivered campaign execution tooling for targeted debtor outreach at scale, including automated call dispositioning to reduce manual agent workload.
- Built and operated TypeScript services on AWS, owning design, deployment, and reliability for production voice workloads.

- Owned end-to-end engineering for a two-sided marketplace for Black hairstylists, including booking flows, calendars, chat, admin tooling, and payments.
- Built and operated payments + monetization (Stripe billing), processing $30K+ in payments YTD.
- Supported growth to 500+ client signups and 70+ stylists (5 paying, 65 free), averaging 10+ bookings/month.
- Partnered with CEO/ops to iterate pricing and product gates, aligning roadmap to retention and activation goals.
- Established release + reliability practices (CI/CD, monitoring/alerts, bug triage, rollback discipline) to keep production stable while shipping fast.
- Reduced support burden by improving self-serve flows and automating responses through tools like ZoHo, cutting manual intervention.
